The Mississippi arrived in Singapore on March 25, 1853. The Mississippi departed Singapore on the 29th after only a brief visit.
The titles/lettering read:
- From Life by E. Brown, Jr.
- Lith of Sarony & Co. New York
- RAJAH OF JAHORE (SINGAPORE)
Condition. Centered to the left, waterstain in bottom right corner. Chip on left edge.
I have noted two basic varities in this lithograph. I call this one Type II. To see the differences in the types, click here.
