The map depicts the Great Lew Chew and it's Dependencies. The southern most islands are the "Mijico Shima Group." The northernmost island is "Kutsion-sima."

The titles/lettering read:

Bottom edge (binding edge) is ragged. Very very faint print foxing on face. Nicked upper right corner. Paper thickness is 8mm.
